The Manchester Woman’s Club took the opportunity of the Leap Year day, February 29 for a “Leap of Kindness,” and delivered flowers to some of our citizens who might enjoy a little cheer brought to their homes. Thank you to the Council on Aging and Wards Florist for helping us make this happen!
