Subcommittee of Festive Program
- Talk to the Masons who donate and prepare the hot chocolate for the Friendship Tree Program. Coordinate who provides cups, marshmallows.
- You need 4 sturdy, long tables; Fire Department will drop off?
- Ask DPW to put out trash barrels on the town green.
- Ask members to sign-up for this committee in the spring for the following year. Need 3 to 4 members.
- It helps to set up the marshmallows in the cups ahead of time.
- Servers should wear gloves.
